Aarayan Properties

Aarayan Properties is based on Dattapada Road. We are located right by the Milan General Store. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. There’s a desk, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of papers everywhere. Property work means a lot of talking and looking at maps or documents. Dattapada Road is a busy stretch, and there’s always something happening outside. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to figure out who is selling what and where. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room where we can sit and talk. Sometimes the tea guy comes by from the store nearby, and we take a break. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. Most of the people who come in are looking for something close by. We know the buildings around here pretty well because we see them every day. The Milan General Store is the best way to find us if you’re lost. We don't use any complicated systems. Just a notebook and some folders. It gets a bit dusty with the door open to the road, but we don’t mind that much. We are just here to help people find a place to stay or do business in this part of town. It’s simple work and it keeps us occupied throughout the week.
