Aaquib Estate Agency is situated over in Juhu at A 710 in the Juhu Taj CHS. We are right on North South Road, which is a very familiar part of the neighborhood, especially since we are so close to Juhu Circle. Working in Juhu is interesting because there is always something happening outside. Our office is inside the cooperative housing society, so it has a very local, homey feel to it. We aren't one of those big national agencies with flashy signs and expensive suits. We are just a local agency that knows the streets around Juhu and the people who live here. Property work involves a lot of walking around and checking out different flats and shops. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or meeting people at the Juhu Circle to show them around. The office at Juhu Taj is where we keep all our records and do the boring stuff like the legal papers. It can get a bit hectic when the traffic at the circle is bad, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We don't use any slick sales talk or big promises. We just tell people what’s available and what the prices are like at the moment. It’s a small team here and we’ve been part of this community for quite a while. If you are near North South Road, you can find us easily enough.
