Our small office is located in Kandivali East, specifically on Rc Dutt Road. You can find us at Plot No 1 within the Indraprastha Estate. A lot of people use the IDBI ATM nearby as a landmark to find our door, which is pretty handy since the estate can be a bit confusing if you’re new here. We’ve been working as property consultants in this spot for a good while. We aren't trying to act like some big corporate entity. It’s really just a modest workspace where we keep track of the local listings and help neighbors figure out their next move. Kandivali East has grown a lot recently, and we’ve seen plenty of new faces coming into the neighborhood. Being right on Rc Dutt Road means we see a lot of the changes firsthand. Our day is usually a mix of phone calls and driving out to different sites to check on things. Sometimes we’re out of the office for an hour or two showing a flat, so we might miss a walk-in, but that’s just how it goes with a small team. We don’t really do any big marketing or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people just stopping by or hearing about us from someone else. We know this area very well and we just try to be useful when someone is looking for a place. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy every day.
