Aahilya Properties/Realtysolutions is right on the ground floor. We are at Shop No.2/A. The area is Shanti Nagar in Andheri East. Being on the ground floor is really convenient because people can just see us from the street. Shanti Nagar is a pretty active neighborhood. There are always people walking by our shop front. Andheri East is a big, busy part of Mumbai, and it can get quite loud with all the rickshaws and cars. Our shop, 2/A, isn't very large, but it's enough for us. We have our desks and a couple of chairs for anyone who stops by. It’s a very local atmosphere here in Shanti Nagar. We know some of the other shop owners on the street. It’s the kind of place where you see the same delivery guys every day. We don't have any fancy signs or anything, just the name on the front. Being in Andheri East means there is always something happening. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We stay here most of the day, just dealing with the paperwork and the usual stuff. Shop No.2/A is our home base. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't try to make it look like something it's not. It’s just a ground floor shop in Shanti Nagar where we do our thing.
