You can find us at Shop No 6422/32/C. We are on Road No 1 in Vikhroli West. It is the 3rd Cross and 3rd Main area near Tapas Nagar and Rajajinagar. We are also quite close to the Parksite Police Station. Being estate agents in Vikhroli means we spend a lot of time walking around and looking at different rooms and flats. The shop is small and has a lot of paper stuck on the walls. It is not one of those modern offices with air conditioning and fancy chairs. We just have a couple of desks and some fans. People come in looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell what they have. We listen to what they need and try to find something that fits. The police station is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. We have been in this spot for a few years. Vikhroli has changed a lot, with new buildings going up and old ones coming down. We just keep up with the changes. It is a busy job because people are always moving. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit outside and talk to the other shop owners. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to do our work and help out the locals who need a hand with property stuff. It gets busy during the weekends when people are off work and looking at houses.
