Our office is located at Plot No 22, D/6 Shiv Mangal Ch. It is in Andheri West, but we also do a lot of work over on Bellary Road in RT Nagar near the telephone exchange. It is a bit of a stretch between the two places but we manage to get around. The building here is an older one and it has its charms. Most days we are just busy answering the phone and writing down names in our ledger. It gets a little dusty with the windows open but that is just how it is in this city. We handle a lot of different types of properties around here. Andheri is always moving so fast. You see new buildings going up and old ones getting fixed every single month. We try to keep track of who is moving out and who wants to move in. It is not a big corporate operation, just a few desks and some plastic chairs for visitors to sit on. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break to chat. We have been at this for some time now. Dealing with landlords can be a bit tricky, but we have learned how to talk to them over the years.
