Our office is at Amrita Sadan, Shop No. 6. We’re located on Mira Road, right across from Seven Eleven Hospital. It is a pretty easy place to spot, especially if you’re heading towards the hospital or coming from the New Golden area. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood has grown a lot. Being next to a big landmark like the hospital means people are always passing by. Our shop is small and practical. We have some chairs, a desk, and plenty of folders filled with property details. Most of our work involves helping people find a place to live or a spot for their business nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting with people who are nervous about signing their first lease. It’s a lot of listening and trying to match what someone wants with what is actually available on Mira Road. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we manage. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just put our sign out front and wait for people to walk in. We know the landlords and the local shopkeepers, so we usually hear about new openings before they even go up on a board. It is just a regular local business, trying to help folks navigate the local property market without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
