A Dhruvkumar Mody

This place has been our base for a good number of years. We are located in the Neelam Building, specifically at 1A on 5th C Cross in Kandivali West. If you know where the Mataji Mandir is, then you pretty much know where we are. It’s a quiet enough street most mornings, though it gets a bit more active later on. A Dhruvkumar Mody isn’t some massive corporation. It’s more of a personal setup here. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of work on the table, but we make it work. Most of us have lived around this part of Mumbai for ages. We know the shortcuts and which tea stall has the best snacks nearby. Working here feels natural. We don't have any scripted lines to say to people. We just talk like normal people do. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the files at the end of the day, but they are always there the next morning. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows in the Neelam Building. New shops opening and old ones closing down. We stayed put through it all. It’s just how we operate. We show up, do what needs doing, and then head home. No big fuss about it. Just a regular business in a regular building near the temple.
