A 1 Satr Caterers

Jija Mata Road gets busy early. We've been here in Satam Estate for a while now. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Most days it's just a lot of cooking and moving heavy pots around. We handle the food for people around Andheri East. Lata Thakarsi Chawl is right nearby, so there's always activity. You can usually smell what we're making from the street. It’s loud in the mornings because that's when everything happens. We don't have much of a front desk. Most people just call or stop by the gate. The space is mostly filled with kitchen equipment and big crates. Sometimes it gets really crowded when we have a big order going out. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The Pump House area is always moving and changing. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s a bit of a mess of bags and supplies. That’s just how a busy kitchen is. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for photos. If you're looking for us, we're just down the lane past the chawl. It’s a simple setup. We deal with regular folks and local events. Nothing too complicated. Just a group of us working in the heat every day to get the orders delivered.
