A 1 Estate & Interiore is based in Worli West, specifically at C 1/25 on Begur Road. We are right across from Poonam Chambers. Our shop is a mix of things because we handle real estate but also do interior work. You’ll see some samples of wood and paint around the office, along with listings for flats and offices. It’s a busy little place. We started out small and stayed that way because we like being able to talk to everyone who walks in. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we can draw up plans and meet with clients. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites or looking at properties around Worli. When we’re in the office, we’re usually busy with paperwork or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination to get a room looking right or to find the right apartment for someone. We don’t use any fancy design software that costs a fortune; we just use what works and gets the job done. Sometimes things get a bit dusty with all the samples, but that’s just part of the business. We’ve been on Begur Road for a while and we know the area well. We just try to be helpful and honest about what can be done with a space or a budget. It's just a regular local business we run here.
