A 1 Estate & Interiors

We've been at C1 25 in Worli West for quite some time now, just across from Poonam Chambers. Most people around here know the spot. We handle estates and the interior side of things too. It started out as just helping people find a place to stay, but then we realized people always need help fixing the place up after they move in. So we started doing that. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or walking around the neighborhood looking at properties. Worli is a busy area and things change fast. Sometimes we get really busy and the office is a mess with papers and samples, but we manage. If you walk by, you'll see us. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It's just a practical space where we get work done. We know the local buildings well because we've worked in most of them over the years. We handle the paperwork, talk to the contractors, and try to keep things moving. It isn't always easy dealing with all the different people involved in a renovation or a sale. There are always delays or something that doesn't go right the first time. We just try to stay honest about what can be done and how long it takes. Being right here in Worli makes it easier to keep an eye on projects. That's pretty much how we operate every day. We just keep at it until the job is done.
