We are located down in Mazgaon, right on Champsi Bhimji Road. The address says 4C-6 on the ground floor, tucked into Old Anjirwadi. It’s one of those older parts of Mumbai where everything feels a bit more lived-in. 4M-Facade is just a local business operating out of this space. It’s not a shiny glass tower or anything. We have a lot of stuff piled up sometimes because we deal with building exteriors and facades. The ground floor spot is handy for moving things in and out. The air around here smells like the city, and it’s always got that hum of activity from the street. We’ve got a small team here. Most days are spent looking at technical drawings or talking to people on the phone. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and papers, but it works for us. We don’t really have a receptionist or a waiting room; if someone comes by, they just walk right in. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Being in Mazgaon gives us a good central spot to get around the city when we need to. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai stall and the guys at the corner shop. It’s just a normal workplace where we get on with things and try to do a decent job every day. There is always something to do around here.
