Sixthsense Handicrafts

Sarai Tareen is where you’ll find us, specifically over at R/O Darbar in Sambhal. If you’ve ever walked through this part of town, you know it smells like raw materials and wood smoke. It’s a bit of a maze getting back to our workspace. We spend most of our hours surrounded by tools and half-finished pieces. There is always dust on the floor no matter how much we sweep. It’s a messy place, but that’s how it goes when you’re making things by hand. The light comes in through the main door mostly. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days. Neighbors are always dropping by to chat or borrow a tool, which is just how things work in Sambhal. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just the name Sixthsense Handicrafts and people know where to find us. Lunch is usually something brought from home, eaten quickly between tasks. We started this because we knew the local craft well, and staying here in the heart of the community felt right. Sometimes the shipments are late or the materials aren't quite right, and we have to start over. It’s not a quiet job, and your hands are never really clean at the end of the day. But we’ve been at this address for a long time now, just doing our bit.
