You can find Sanjay India right across from Capital Cinema. We are in a building called Laxmi Niwas. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so most people don't have a hard time locating us. The office has been here for years, and it definitely feels like it. We have high ceilings and those old-style windows. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise coming from the street, but we’ve learned to tune it out. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our desks. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it’s very busy with people coming in and out, and other times it’s just the sound of the fans and someone typing. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. There are stacks of papers and ledgers around because we still like to keep physical records of some things. It feels more reliable that way. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or a slick website. Most of our business comes from the fact that we’ve been in this spot for a long time and people know who we are. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward life and a straightforward business, which is exactly how we like it. We’ve become a part of the local scenery over all these years.
