Raj & Sons

Raj & Sons is a family-run outfit located at H-58 in Lajpat Nagar. My father started this business a long time ago, and now my brother and I are the ones mostly running the daily operations. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Being in Lajpat Nagar means there's always something going on outside, which makes for a lively atmosphere even when the work itself is a bit dry. We handle all sorts of orders and try to keep everything organized, though with the amount of paperwork we have, it can be a challenge. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve known our family for years. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the goods are what they should be. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shipment gets delayed, and then we have to spend the whole day on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the job. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up every day to do what needs to be done. It's nothing fancy, just our family business and we like it.
