R. G. N. Export is located on Mohd Ali Road, right near Hammam Baradari. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know how crowded it gets. The streets are very narrow and they are always full of people, carts, and motorbikes. Our place is right in the middle of all that daily chaos. It is an old building, and sometimes the stairs are a bit steep to climb. We spend our days dealing with various vendors and checking over the goods we export. It is a lot of talking and negotiating back and forth. The area around Hammam Baradari has a lot of history, but mostly we just see the traffic from our windows. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. It gets very hot in the summer, and the old fans never seem to go fast enough to cool us down. We drink a lot of water and try to stay focused while we work through the piles of documents on our desks. There is always someone coming in or out with something new to show us. We don't use any fancy software; we mostly stick to what we know works for us. It is a noisy and busy place to work, but we like being in the heart of the city. You can hear the sounds from the street all day long. We just keep our heads down.
