Needo Restaurant

Needo Restaurant is tucked inside the Pankaj Hotel Compound on Station Road in Moradabad. We are quite close to Budh Bazar, which is a very active market area. Being near the station means we see a lot of different people coming through. Some are just waiting for their trains, while others work in the nearby shops. The restaurant is not very big. We have a few tables set up inside the compound. It is a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is nice. I started this place because I like to cook and wanted my own business. My younger brother helps me with the supplies. We go to the market every morning to get whatever is fresh. The kitchen has a small window that looks out into the compound. We do not have fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes and aprons. The menu is quite short. We only make a few things, but we try to do them right. Sometimes the water pressure is low, which makes washing up a bit slow. We just deal with it. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. It is an honest way to make a living. We do not have a big marketing budget or a social media page. We just open the doors and wait for the customers to come in. Most of the time, they do.
