Singh Da Chicken Dhaba

Moradabad is a busy city and our dhaba is right in the middle of a lively spot. We are at Shop 12 in the MDA Market, which is part of Ram Ganga Vihar Phase 1. If you are looking for the Sales Tax Office, we are right across from it. That means we see a lot of people coming and going for their paperwork. It is a simple setup we have here. We do not have fancy decorations or anything like that. People come for the food and that is what we give them. The kitchen stays busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the market gets very loud with all the shoppers, but we like the energy. It keeps us moving. My cousin helps me out with the serving while I stay near the tandoor. It is a lot of heat to deal with every day. We buy our supplies fresh every morning from the local market nearby. You learn a lot about people sitting behind a counter like this. You see who is having a bad day and who is celebrating something. We just try to provide a decent meal for a fair price. It is not a glamorous life but it is our life. Ram Ganga Vihar has been good to us over the years and we know many of the faces that walk by.
