Super Shama Restaurant

Super Shama Restaurant is located right in the heart of Budh Bazar in Moradabad. We are on Station Road, which as you can imagine, is one of the busiest streets you could find. There are always people rushing to catch a train or coming from the station looking for something to eat. Our place is not very big, and it can get quite cramped when the market is full on Wednesdays. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit. The kitchen is always busy, and the smell of cooking hangs in the air all day. We don't have any fancy decorations or a corporate style. It’s just wooden tables and chairs that have been used by thousands of people over the years. We spend our time cooking, serving, and making sure the place is clean enough for the next rush. The noise from Station Road is constant—horns, people shouting, and the general hum of Moradabad. Sometimes we have to shout a bit just to be heard over the traffic outside. We are just local people serving other local people and travelers. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. There isn't anything special about the way we do things, we just follow the same routine every day. We’ve seen the bazaar change over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it always was.
