Shree Pehlwaan Da Dhaba

The dhaba is located right on Delhi Road in Pakbara. If you are driving through Moradabad, you will see us near the Bijli Ghar, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being on the main road means we see a lot of trucks and long-distance travelers stopping by at all hours of the day and night. It’s a dusty place sometimes because of all the traffic, but that is just part of being on the highway. We have the big tandoors going and plenty of space for people to sit down and take a break from their drive. The name Shree Pehlwaan Da Dhaba has been around for a bit, and we try to keep the food simple and filling, the way people like it when they have been on the road for hours. My guys stay busy in the kitchen, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. We don't have any air conditioning or anything like that; it is just an open place where the air blows through. It can get pretty loud with the horns honking outside, but nobody seems to mind once they start eating. We get a lot of local workers too, especially in the evenings. It is a honest way to make a living, serving food to people who are hungry. We just keep the lights on and keep cooking until the last customer leaves.
