The Village Restaurant

Our place is located on Kanth Road in Moradabad. If you know where the Dainik Jagran office is, The Village Restaurant is right near there. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We call it The Village Restaurant, but it’s just a regular building where we serve food to anyone who walks in. We started this because we wanted to have a business in our own neighborhood. The interior is pretty basic, nothing like the big chains you see in the malls. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the vegetables in the morning to cleaning up the tables at night. It’s a small team here, just a few of us working together every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on Kanth Road makes it hard to park, but our regulars don’t seem to mind too much. They just come in, eat, and go about their day. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers. Most people just know us because they work nearby or live around the corner. It’s a straightforward operation. We make the food, people eat it, and we try to keep things running smoothly. It isn't always perfect, and we have busy days where we struggle to keep up with the orders, but that’s just the reality of running a local restaurant in Moradabad. We aren't looking to expand or anything, just keeping this one spot going.
