Our place, Seven eight six, is over in the Civil lines area of Moradabad, right across from the civil thana. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the police station is. We’ve been operating here for a while and the vibe is usually quite steady. We get a mix of people, from lawyers and officials to families living nearby. The building itself is older, so we spend a bit of time fixing things up here and there. It’s just the reality of running a small business in an old neighborhood. We don’t have a massive menu, just the things we know how to make well. The staff consists of local guys who have been with us for years. We aren't big on decorations; we prefer to keep things simple and functional. In the winters, Moradabad gets cold, so we try to keep the place feeling a bit warmer for whoever stops in. During the summers, the fans are always on full blast. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Cleaning, prepping, and dealing with the accounts at the end of the night takes up most of my time. We aren't part of some big chain. It's just us. People stop by because it’s convenient and they know what to expect. There's no pressure here. We just serve the food and hope people enjoy their break. It’s a plain, honest shop on a busy street. It takes effort to keep everything running but we enjoy seeing the regulars return day after day.
