You can find us over on Ghanta Road in Deewan Ka Bazar at number 84. This area has so much history, and you can feel it when you walk through the narrow lanes every morning. The shop is filled with various items we have collected, mostly things made by hand that take a lot of time to finish. We don't have a big fancy storefront with bright neon lights. It is just an old wooden door and some shelves that have seen better days. Deewan Ka Bazar is always loud with people bargaining and carts moving back and forth. We spend a lot of time wrapping things in newspaper and bubble wrap to make sure they don't break. It’s a slow process sometimes. I usually sit on a stool near the entrance so I can talk to the neighbors or watch the weather change. The air smells like spices and old wood around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town; we just like what we do and the people we meet. Sometimes we close up a bit early if the rains are too heavy or if there is a festival going on nearby. It’s a simple life, really. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the dust off the stock as best as we can. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We have been here for ages now and don't plan on moving.
