You can find us over in Lane No. 5 in Manju Nagar, right by the Prabhat Market. It’s a very busy area, especially in the mornings when all the shops are opening up and people are moving goods around. We do international trade, so our day is mostly filled with coordinating shipments and talking to people from all over. The office is right in the middle of all the action, which is great because we are close to everything we need. There’s always someone coming in or going out with a delivery. We don't have a very polished setup here; it’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with old records. Sometimes the noise from the market gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We handle a lot of the paperwork ourselves because it’s easier than trying to explain it to someone else. It’s a lot of back and forth with shipping agents and making sure the containers are booked on time. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most people find us because they’ve worked with us before or someone told them we could help with their shipping needs. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked out okay for us so far. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes in.
