Export India

Our office is over on Kanth Road in the Himgiri area. It is a very busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic coming through the MDA section. We have been at C-38 for quite some time. Mostly, we spend our days at Export India dealing with stacks of paperwork and checking on the boxes in the back. Exporting goods means there is always a truck coming or going, and things can get a bit hectic. It is definitely not a quiet place to work. We have a few desks and way too many files piled up on every available surface. The team here is small, just local folks who live a short walk or rickshaw ride away. We do not really do formal meetings or anything like that. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea in the morning about which shipments need to go out first. The heat in the summer makes the warehouse side of the building pretty tough, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. If you come by to see us, you might have a hard time finding a place to park because the main road is always so full. We have thought about moving to a bigger spot, but we like it here in Himgiri. It is familiar and we know all the neighbors. We just focus on getting the goods moved from one place to another.
