Evergreen Wooden Handicrafts is based at House No. Ae 20/21 in Ramganga Vihar. We are located right along Kanth Road. It’s a place where there’s always the smell of sawdust and wood in the air. We don’t have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of what we do happens right here in our workshop area. We take pieces of wood and turn them into things people can use or put in their homes. It’s physical work and our hands usually have some stains or nicks on them by the end of the day. We don’t use a lot of fancy machinery; it’s mostly just us and our tools. Kanth Road is a busy stretch, but once you step inside our gate, things feel a bit more focused. We don’t have a marketing department to tell us what to say. We just tell people what we’re making and how long it will take. Sometimes the wood doesn't cooperate, and we have to start over. That's just part of the craft. We aren't trying to be a massive factory. We like being a local business in Ramganga Vihar where we can see the results of our work every day. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here. We just show up every morning and see what we can create with what we have.
