Creation Handicrafts

Our place is called Creation Handicrafts and we are out in Village Chaudharpur. We are right opposite the 3A Bazaar, just off National Highway 24 in Lodhipur. Being near the highway means we see a lot of trucks and people traveling between cities. The village is a bit quieter than the main city areas, which is nice for working. We do a lot of hand-made stuff here. It takes a lot of time and patience. We have people from the village who come in to help with the craftwork. It’s not like a factory where everything is done by a big machine. We use our hands a lot. Sometimes the materials we need take a while to arrive because of our location, but we make do. The workshop is an old building, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have our tools spread out everywhere. It might look a bit disorganized to someone else, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't really have a showroom. Most of our items are packed up and sent out to other places. It’s a slow process, making things by hand. You can’t rush it or the quality goes down. We just sit together, do the work, and watch the traffic go by on the highway. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
