Century Exports Inc.

Our setup is at 109, Kothiwal Nagar, which is a place where you’ll hear the sound of hammers and packing tape all day long. Century Exports Inc. is mainly about getting products ready for the big shipping containers. We have a fair amount of space, but it always seems to be full of wooden crates and bubble wrap. The driveway is often blocked by a truck waiting to load up. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for guests to sit and have tea; it’s a working warehouse through and through. The walls are plain, and there are lists of shipping codes taped up everywhere. Most of us wear heavy shoes because you never know when a pallet might be moving nearby. We deal with a lot of paperwork for the customs and the shipping lines, which can be a real headache sometimes. The weather affects us quite a bit; when it’s too hot, the warehouse feels like an oven, and when it rains, we have to hurry to keep the boxes dry. We don’t talk much about visions or strategies. We just focus on making sure the right items get into the right boxes and reach the port on time. It’s honest work, even if it’s loud and a bit messy most of the time, and we just keep at it until the day's shipment is done.
