Ahmad Brass Corporation

Down near the Old Ice Factory in Galshaheed, you will find us working away. We go by Ahmad Brass Corporation and we have been in this spot for a long time. The area around the old factory has its own rhythm and we are just a part of that. We work with brass, mostly making things or fixing up pieces that people bring in. It is loud work with all the tapping and the machines running, but you get used to it after a while. My hands are usually stained from the metal, but that is part of the trade. We do not have a big flashy sign or a reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is not busy with a tool. It is a family thing mostly, passed down through the years. We know how the metal behaves when you heat it or cut it. Galshaheed is a busy place and we fit right in with the other workshops around here. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the orders. We do not promise anything impossible, just good solid work with the brass we have. If you need something specific made, we usually sit down and figure it out on a scrap of paper first. It is simple and it works for us and the people who come to see us.
