Creative Craft Exports

You can find us down Lane No. 2 in the Harthala Sonakpur area, just off Kanth Road. Creative Craft Exports is basically a workshop where things get made. We have artisans working on various items, mostly things made of wood or metal. It gets pretty loud with all the hammering and sanding going on. The air usually smells like sawdust or polish. We've been in this lane for a long time. It is not a showroom. It is a place where work actually happens. We have boxes stacked up waiting to be sent out. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the rain or transport issues. That's just how it is. We don't have a big marketing team. We just make the stuff and hope people like it. Kanth Road is a busy area but our lane is a bit quieter. We have a small office where we handle the export papers. It's cramped and the fan makes a clicking noise. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know each other's families. We aren't a factory with machines doing everything. We do things by hand. It takes longer and it isn't always perfect, but that is the way we like to do it. If you come by, watch your step because there are usually scraps on the floor. We don't have any fancy brochures to give you. We just show you what is currently on the bench.
