Brassworld India

At Brassworld India, we are located at 183, Mohd Ali Road in the Kisrol, area. The street is always busy with carts and people moving metal around. Our space is mostly filled with brass items and the smell of metal is something you just get used to after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time packing boxes and checking the weight of things. It’s heavy work and my back usually feels it by the end of the week. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about where we put the new stock when it arrives from the workshops. Mohd Ali Road is a famous spot, so we get a lot of people just passing by or looking for specific hardware. We don’t really have a showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a working shop where we keep things moving. We have a small table in the corner where we sit and do the billing and talk to the transporters. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the walls are pretty stained and old. We just try to keep things honest and get the brass where it needs to go without too much fuss. There is always a lot to do before the sun goes down.
