Hurmat Brass

You can find us at the Kothi Showview in Civil Lines. Hurmat Brass has been operating out of this kothi for quite some time now. Civil Lines is a bit more open than some other parts of town, but it still has its busy moments. The building itself is an old kothi, which gives us plenty of character but also means there is always something that needs fixing. We spend our days working with brass, and it is a noisy, hot job most of the time. There is no getting around the fact that it is hard work. We don't wear uniforms and we don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and you will see us with our sleeves rolled up. We handle the metal, we shape it, and we get it ready. It is a process that takes time, and we don't like to rush it just to be fast. We have been doing this for long enough that we have a feel for the material. Most of our tools have been with us for years. We aren't interested in being the biggest brass shop, just the one that stays consistent. If you are in Civil Lines and you see the old Showview building, that is where we are. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down, just keeping the work going as best as we can without making a fuss about it.
