Sawera Agripreneur Overseas Private Limited is run by Raju Kumar in Mirjapur Nohta. Even though we have "Overseas" in our name, we are very much a local operation at heart. We are tucked away in a spot that isn't always easy to find if you aren't from around here. We work on the business side of agriculture. It’s mostly about finding ways to get what we grow here out to other places. It sounds fancy, but it really just involves a lot of sitting in a small room with a phone and a bunch of ledgers. Raju keeps everything organized and moving. We aren't some massive company with a big glass building. It’s a modest setup in Mirjapur Nohta. We deal with the usual headaches of running a small business—taxes, shipping problems, and trying to keep everyone on the same page. Sometimes it feels like we are just small fish in a big pond, but we keep at it every day. We are trying to bridge the gap between our local farms and the bigger markets out there. It’s a lot of learning as we go. We don't have everything figured out, but we work hard to make sure the crops find a good home. It is a mix of traditional farming knowledge and trying to understand how the bigger world works. Just a local team trying to do something a bit different for our area.
