Vaidhyaman Farmer Producer Company Limited is based over in Garbarh. We are located near Post Dubar Patar Kala in the Mirzapur area. This is a place where most people know each other from the fields. We aren't some big city company. We are just a group of local farmers who wanted to work together. The address at 74 Garbarh is where we keep our papers and meet up to talk. It’s a quiet village and life moves at its own pace here. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment in our office. Usually, we just sit together and figure out how to handle the harvest or where to get seeds. Mirzapur has its own way of doing things, and we fit right in with that. Sometimes we stay late talking about the rain or the soil. It’s not always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we try our best. We don't have a professional writer to do this, so it’s just us telling it like it is. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, not behind a desk.
