Over at No. 205, we spend most of our time dealing with different spices and agro products. Sri Kusum Groups Spices And Agro Products Company Ltd. has been around for a bit, and it's mostly just us working through the piles of stock. It gets pretty dusty in here with all the grinding and sorting going on. You can smell the turmeric and chili from down the street most mornings. We don't really have any big slogans or anything. We just get the bags in, check what's inside, and get them ready to go back out. It’s hard work on the back sometimes, lifting those heavy sacks. The machines make a lot of noise, so we have to shout to hear each other. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is what it says on the label. My brother handles the paperwork in the small office near the front door. It’s always cluttered with ledgers and tea cups. We've been in this spot for a long time and the neighbors know us. It’s a bit cramped in the storage area right now because we just got a big shipment of seeds. We’ll spend the next week sorting through that. That is pretty much how things go here day in and day out.
