Hanumateshivay Agro Producer Company Limited is based in the Baraudha Kachar area of Mirzapur. We run things from Kanchan Singh's place. If you know Mirzapur, you know the land around the Kachar can be tough but good for growing if you treat it right. We are a group of producers who decided to join up because it’s easier to get things done together than alone. There aren't any fancy suits or boardrooms here. We meet where we can, usually at the house or out near the fields. Our focus is on the crops we grow right here in our own backyard. We deal with the seeds, the harvest, and finding people to buy what we produce. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork that Kanchan helps manage. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because our neighbors already know what we do. We aren't looking to become some massive brand. We just want to make sure our families and the other farmers in Baraudha have a steady way to sell their goods. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, and we all feel the stress. That is just the life of a farmer in Uttar Pradesh. We keep our overhead low and our hands dirty. It’s a practical way to live. We’re just local people doing what we’ve always done, just now we have a proper company name for it.
