Pawansut Travels

Pawansut Travels is a small travel office located in Mahendra Complex. We are at Shop Number 3, right on the busy Railway Road here in Meerut. Being near Vimal Shree Hospital makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they need to book a journey. We spend our days looking at schedules and trying to find a good way to get people from one place to another. It’s a straightforward business. No one here is wearing a suit or using big words. We just talk like normal people do. The office has a few posters of mountains and beaches on the walls, but mostly it’s just calendars and papers. Sometimes the tea from the stall nearby is the best part of the afternoon. We see a lot of people passing by on Railway Road. Some stop in because they’re planning a pilgrimage, others just need a car for a wedding. We handle it all without making a big fuss. The Mahendra Complex has its own charm, even if the paint is peeling a bit in places. We like it here. It’s a familiar routine—opening the shutters, checking the messages, and helping the folks who walk in. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don’t need a manual to tell us how to treat people. It's just a shop, but it's our shop. We hope to stay here a long time.
