Geographic Adventure Tours

Our little shop is over at Hari Laxmi Lok on Shivaji Marg. It is Shop No 7, right in the middle of everything in Meerut. Most people around here know the street because it stays quite busy with traffic and people going to work. We spend our mornings opening up the shutters and getting the tea ready before the first few people walk in. We mostly deal with tours and helping folks figure out where they can go for a few days off. Sometimes it is a mountain trip or just a quick visit to another city. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who know the routes and the hotels. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the bookings are actually confirmed. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone line acts up, but we manage to get things sorted eventually. The office is small but it fits what we need. We have some old posters on the wall and plenty of registers to keep track of names. It feels good when someone comes back and tells us they had a decent time on their trip. We are just regular people working on Shivaji Marg, trying to make sure the buses and cars show up when they are supposed to. No big secrets to it, just keeping track of the details every single day.
