You can find us at Shop No-3 inside the Shivlok Complex on Western Kutchery Road. It’s a well-known building in this part of Meerut, right across from the Zila Sehkari Bank. Our shop is small but it has everything we need to get through the workday. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure the paperwork for our clients is in order. Being on WK Road means there are always people moving about, going to the bank or other shops in the complex. It can get a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we manage just fine. We have been here for a bit and have seen the area change over time. The office is mostly filled with the sound of the keyboard and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the basic stuff to get the job done. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot of work to catch up on. It’s a quiet life inside the shop compared to the street outside. We handle travel requests as they come, whether it’s for someone going to the next city or further away. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us in this small space, doing what we know how to do. If someone walks in, we just talk to them normally and see what they need. That is how we have always done things here.
