If you are ever down at Begum Bridge Road, you have probably passed Ganga Plaza a dozen times. We are tucked away in F-131 on the upper floor. It is a busy spot, especially with all the noise from B B Road right outside our windows. Most days, we are busy handling passports, tickets, and just talking to people who want to visit family or go on a holiday. It is a bit cramped in here with all the files and the computer screens, but it works for us. We have been in this part of Meerut for a long time, so we know most of the shop owners nearby. We do not really use a lot of big words or fancy brochures to get people in. Usually, someone just hears about us from their neighbor and walks in to ask about a flight price. We try to be honest about what costs what and which trains are running late. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take a small break from the screens. Dealing with travel can be a headache with all the changes in rules, but we just take it one person at a time. It is a plain office where we do honest work. We do not have a fancy website or anything, just our desks here in the plaza.
