We are based out of House Number 42 in Shanti Kunj on Rohta Road. It is in the Meerut City area, right across from Subharti University. Because we are near the university, we see a lot of students and staff passing by all the time. Our setup is more of a home-office feel since we are in a house rather than a big commercial plaza. It is quiet for the most part, which helps when we are trying to coordinate complicated travel routes. We spend most of our time on the computer or the mobile, talking to vendors and sorting out car bookings. We do not have a fancy front desk or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and we can talk about whatever travel you need. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own neighborhood. We know Rohta Road like the back of our hand. It is not about being a giant company; it is just about being reliable for the people who call us. We keep our records in simple folders and try to stay organized. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we always get back to our work. It is a practical way to run things and it works for the people around here.
