We are located at 17, Mathura Palace, which is on Jawahar Quarter Road near the Begum Bridge area of Meerut. It’s a busy part of town and we are situated quite close to Hotel Royal Palace. Our office is inside the Mathura Palace building, and it’s a pretty simple place where we do our daily work. We aren’t a large company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here trying to help people get where they need to go. Most of our time is spent looking at different travel options on the computer and talking to people on the phone. Begum Bridge is a major landmark, so it’s easy for people to find us when they need to drop off documents or talk about a trip. The office doesn't have any expensive decorations or modern designs. We just have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We’ve been working in this area for a while and we know the local rhythm well. Sometimes we stay a little later if a booking is complicated, but usually, we follow a regular routine. We don't use any fancy language or try to impress anyone with big words. We just provide a straightforward service to the people around us. If you visit, you’ll find us just doing our jobs in a plain, honest way.
