Our office is F-3 in the Arihant Arcade, which is right in the Shastri Nagar area of Meerut. We are directly across from Sumit Nursing Home, which makes us pretty easy to spot in the Central Market. This market is always buzzing, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We do not do much in the way of big advertising. Most people just see our sign while they are out shopping or visiting the clinic. Inside, it is a plain room with our desks and a lot of papers. We mostly handle travel arrangements, especially for people looking to go to the islands or just needing general help with their trips. We are just a few people who know how to navigate the booking systems. It is not a corporate environment at all. We wear normal clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. We try to be clear about what people are getting when they book with us. No hidden stuff or fancy talk. If a flight is cancelled, we tell you. If a hotel is full, we find another one. We have been in Arihant Arcade for a while and we have gotten to know many of the regulars in Central Market. It is just a local shop doing what we know how to do best.
