You can find us at Shop Number 313 on PL Sharma Road. We are right across from King Bakers, which is a place everyone knows around here. Being in this part of Meerut means there is always something going on outside our door. We spend our days mostly answering the phone and writing down details for trips. People stop in after getting something from the bakery or while they are out running errands. The shop is not very large, but we have enough space for a few chairs and our desks. We deal with a lot of local travel and some longer trips too. We do not have a big mission statement or anything. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody gets stuck somewhere. It is a lot of checking and re-checking dates and names. Sometimes the printers jam or the phones ring too much, but that is part of the job. We have been here on PL Sharma Road for quite a bit and we like the rhythm of the street. It is a simple business where we talk to people face to face. We do not use any polished language or corporate talk. We just tell you what the price is and how long it will take. It is honest work and we are happy to be here.
