We have our small office here at Tej Garhi Crossing in Shastri Nagar. It is right on the first floor of the B-1 building. If you know the area, we are quite close to Bengal Sweets. Most days we are just here at our desks handling bookings and talking to people who walk in. It gets a bit noisy outside because of the crossing traffic, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't very big, but it works for us. We started this place in Meerut because we live around here and wanted to do something of our own. Usually, one of us is always here from morning until the evening. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet gets slow, which is annoying when we are trying to get tickets done. People come in asking about all sorts of trips. We just sit down with them and look at what is available. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace with some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is busy, especially during the festive times when the sweet shop nearby gets crowded. We keep a simple routine here. If the lights are on, someone is probably inside working on a file or checking some dates on the computer. That’s pretty much how we run things day to day.
