Sunder Nagar Naturals Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is centered in the village of Dharanda, which is in the Sunder Nagar area of Mandi. We use Devi Ram’s house as our main office for the company. It’s a quiet spot in Po Meramsit, and we like it that way. We are all about natural farming here, trying to keep things simple and healthy. The land in Teh Sundernagar is good, but it still requires a lot of sweat to get a decent crop. We spend most of our time out in the sun, and we only come into the office when there is paperwork that absolutely has to be done. We aren't big fans of the administrative stuff, but we know it’s necessary to keep the producer company going. Usually, there are a few of us sitting around on plastic chairs talking about seed prices or how the rain was last night. We know everyone in the village, so there’s no need for any formal behavior. If someone’s tractor is broken, we all know about it. We just try to help each other out and get our produce to the market in one piece. It’s not a glamorous life, but there is something nice about seeing the plants grow and knowing we did it ourselves. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the seasons. We don't worry about being big; we just worry about being right by our neighbors.
