Sun Shine Agro Developers Private Limited is located in the Balh valley area. We operate out of P.O. Dhaban and Village Dadour, where we work closely with Devi Roop and his family. The Balh valley is known for being very fertile, and we try to make the most of that. We aren't big developers in the way people usually think. We are more about developing the land for better farming and making sure the crops have what they need to grow well. The name Sun Shine came about because we get plenty of it here, and it’s what makes our valley so green. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a small place in Dadour where we keep our tools and meet to discuss the plans for the fields. It is a very local operation, and everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes the Balh valley gets a lot of rain and we have to worry about the drainage, but that is just part of the job. We don't have any polished marketing or a big headquarters. Most of our meetings happen standing in the dirt or sitting on a tractor. We just want to work the land as best as we can and help the local agriculture scene stay strong. It is a lot of manual labor and long hours, but seeing the crops grow makes it worth it. We are just plain folks doing what we know best and trying to get a good yield.
