Glint Agro Producer Company Limited is located at Shop No.-3, #2259, right in the New Anaj Mandi. Sandeep Kumar, son of Raghbir Singh, is the one usually handling things here. Being in the Anaj Mandi means we are right in the thick of it. There is always grain moving, tractors buzzing, and people looking to get their business done. Our shop is just a regular spot where we keep our files and meet with folks. It’s not some high-tech office. We have some chairs, a desk, and a lot of registers. We spend most of our time talking to the farmers who come through the Mandi. It gets pretty dusty and loud, but that’s the reality of working here. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. People just know us because we’re here every day. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone has a question, we answer it. If there’s work to be done, we do it. Sometimes we stay late when the season is busy, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We just take it as it comes. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how things work in the Mandi. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just trying to do our part in the market and stay busy. It’s a good living and it feels right being part of the noise here.
