Time Kids V V Aarambha

If you walk down 1st North Cross Street in Anna Nagar, you’ll find us at number 787. It’s a busy part of Madurai, so there is always some noise or a car horn honking outside. We started this place because we saw a lot of families moving into the neighborhood who needed a spot for their younger kids to go during the day. It is mostly just a few rooms we have set up for play and learning. We aren't a giant institution with hundreds of employees or anything like that. It's a small team of us here. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we just walk or take a short rickshaw ride to get to the center every morning. The day starts early when the sun is still low and it's not too hot yet. We spend a lot of time tidying up toys and making sure the floors are wiped down before the first group arrives. It can get pretty loud when everyone is inside, but that is expected when you work with children. We try to keep things very simple. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day from Monday to Friday. Sometimes we are here on Saturdays too, if there is some extra work to catch up on. We know the neighbors around 625020, and they know us by now. It feels like a small part of the community. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
