Sai Ram Matriculation School

We are over here at No 5, Hakkim Ajmal Khan Road in Goripalayam. If you know the Madurai area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our school has been part of this neighborhood for some time now. We just handle the daily classes and make sure the kids are doing their work. Most of the teachers live nearby, so they just walk or take a quick rickshaw to get to the gates every morning. It is a plain building, nothing too fancy to look at, but it does the job. Parents stop by to chat or pay fees, and there is always someone around to talk to. We keep things pretty simple. The bell rings, classes start, and everyone knows the routine. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside the classrooms, we try to stay focused on the books. It is just a normal place for children to learn their lessons. We do not have those big glass walls or anything like that. It is just desks, chairs, and blackboards. Most of the people around Goripalayam know where we are. We have seen many kids grow up here and then their younger brothers or sisters come through a few years later. That is just how it goes in a place like this. We are just here doing our bit on Hakkim Ajmal Khan Road every day of the week, except Sundays of course. The gates open early and we stay until the last student is picked up. It is a long day.
